The Save Nevada Act will mirror President Trump's Save America Act — bringing true election integrity standards to Nevada to ensure that every legal vote counts and every election result can be trusted.
The Save Nevada Act Will:
- Count all ballots on Election Day — Restore the tradition of a single, decisive election day so results are known promptly and transparently.
- Remove all non-citizens from our voter rolls — Conduct a full audit and purge of ineligible registrations to ensure only American citizens participate in American elections.
- Enact safeguards in the voter registration process — Implement proven verification measures to prevent illegal immigrants from ever being registered again.
- Eliminate automatic voter registration — End the practice of automatically enrolling individuals without their informed, affirmative consent.
- End universal mail-in ballots — Return to secure, in-person voting with absentee options reserved for those who genuinely need them.
